Here’s where the travel magic happens
HOW IT WORKS: We’ll start with a complimentary 30 min consultation so I can understand your trip vision (as rough as it may be!). From here I share initial destination and property ideas with a sampling of available activities, sights, etc. Narrow down your selection and you will receive detailed travel proposals that include pricing, transport, tours, resort/destination details, and options for rounding out your trip (spa, dining, a la carte sightseeing suggestions). You receive full pre, during and post travel support as well as mobile-accessible itineraries.
Please note there is a budget minimum for my custom trip planning services. Trips should average a $1,000/day per room/per 2 travelers (but this can vary by destination/season). This budget can cover hotel, transport and tour costs. While you can certainly find mind destinations that you can travel to for less than this - I’ve found that this threshold works best for the partners and travel experiences I work with.
INVESTMENT: Starting at $300 per week for up to 4 travelers on the same itinerary. Custom plans available.

Step 1: Talk
Fill out the form in the button below and we’ll send you a link to schedule a time for a complimentary 30 min zoom call. We use this to learn what ideal travel looks and feels like. You can come armed with as much inspiration as you want and we’ll run with it. The details we get from you at this early stage will help to ensure your travel is truly customized to you.
Step 2: Plan
The best part is, you don’t have much to do here. I’ll do the heavy lifting of researching destinations, play matchmaker to your perfect property, and uncover tours and activities that get you excited. I’m here to provide any info you need to make you feel confident to book your trip. Upon booking, I’ll share necessary confirmations, travel resources, and any other pre-destination details.
Step 3: Travel
The big trip has arrived! I’m still by your side (figuratively at least). I do a final pre-trip confirmation, provide on-site resources, and remain available should any issues arise while traveling. You have the confidence of a single point of contact during your travels. And, from partnering with me, we hope you’ll feel some extra VIP touches throughout your trip that truly set this travel apart.
